Mw 7.0 Coquimbo, Chile

On 16 September 2015 a major earthquake occurred in Coquimbo, Chile. The seismic event occurred at 23:18:43 UTC and had an estimated moment magnitude (Mw) 7.0. This was an aftershock of the great earthquake that occurred about half an hour earlier. See the report below.
