Mw 6.4 Crete, Greece

On 12 October 2021 a strong earthquake occurred at Crete, Greece at a depth of 10 km. The seismic event occurred at 09:24:03 UTC and had an estimated moment magnitude (Mw) 6.4.

The earthquake occurred after a convergence of planetary alignments on the 9th followed by a lunar peak. Because of this convergence major seismic activity was anticipated to occur from the 10th to the 12th. On 5 October an atmospheric signal seemed to indicate the potential of an upcoming strong earthquake in Italy and Greece. See the Telegram posts below.
