Mw 6.5 Southeast of Ryukyu Islands

On 10 November 2021 a strong earthquake occurred Southeast of Ryukyu Islands at a depth of 10 km. The seismic event occurred at 15:45:13 UTC and had an estimated moment magnitude (Mw) 6.5.

On the 10th, Earth lined up with Mercury and Mars, which is a critical alignment that can cause major seismic activity. This time nothing major happened, but two strong earthquakes occurred on the 10th, peaking magnitude 6.5.
